Account is locked after too many unsucessful logins. If you received this message please send email to eBIS Help Desk in order to unlock your account.
Account is disabled (eg due to inactivity). Please send email to eBIS Help Desk in order to reactivate your account.
Change in institution and/or email address. Please send eBIS Help Desk information about your new contact details.
Reason unknown? Please send eBIS Help Desk with detailed description of the steps prior to receiving the error message.
Your login is the email address that you have registered with. In case your email address has changed please contact eBIS Help Desk.
Invitations to eBIS are sent by the eBIS contact person(s) dedicated to your working group.
If you received an error message when filling in the eBIS registration form, please contact the person who initially sent the invitation.
